Had extensive ankle surgery by Dr. Cheney that went great! Unfortunately post op visit was done by PA and not doc. He was through and explained next steps. However since their office does not provide visit paperwork my OT and PT home health workers needed to verify info I gave them at their visits. PA was short with both of them and related he had already given me and my husband all the same information at my visit. Made me sad to think such a caring person would act like that. Still love Dr. Cheney though.
I saw Dr. Cheney several times and underwent surgery by him. After paying several thousands of dollars and months of pain I am actually in worse condition than when I started seeing him. He has not returned my phone calls to discuss, the only suggestion is to book another appointment and throw more money into this mess.
First of all, Dr. Cheney is very well dressed and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and can explain things in a way that patients can easily understand. Dr. Cheney takes his time to listen to your health concerns and ask the right questions to help pinpoint the issue(s). My interaction with Dr. Cheney was positive and a good experience that resulted in me feeling very care for as well as important. I will gladly recommend others to Dr. Nicholas Cheney!
I’ve received nothing but the best of care from Dr. Cheney. I’ve had several issues with my right ankle and left foot and they’ve all been taken care of one by one. I’m down to my last issue with my left foot and I trust that Dr. Cheney wii find the problem and fix it. Special thanks to Dan for his care and helpful advice. Thank you to Dr. Cheney’s secretary, Beth. She does a wonderful job in meeting my appointment needs.
Dr. Cheney is very knowledgeable. Before the x-ray, he listened to my concern as I described the painful area. Without hesitation he pin pointed my problem but made sure to x-ray and then a CT scan. His diagnosis was right on. There is nothing worse than not being able to walk and with his help and lots of time I am on the mend. It’s a long process and patience is needed but he works with you. I also appreciate that he speaks to you and shows you respect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Cheney to anyone.
It was an excellent experience! Dr. Cheney makes sure to tell you the good and bad. He attached a large fixator and made sure everything was set correctly and that my leg was responding to the new hardware. His PA and team in Grove City did a great job.

Prompt service, knowledgeable PA, friendly staff, thorough explanation of my injury and care instructions, simple pre registration process through email, follow up care explained clearly. Platform X-ray was difficult to step up on and should include rails to hold on to for safety when a foot injury is involved. Overall good experience.
Dr Cheney and his PA have both been great through surgery and follow up care. Would highly recommend.
