I work their the best place ever my favorite part of the bulding is the 18th floor the view is amazing . and i believe that we have some of the nicest residents and everyone from the maintenance staff to the wonderful leaseing office staff is the best i also have to say that my fellow concierge staff are wonderful . i just can't wait to see what amazing ,fun and wonderful things that this bulding does

We absolutely love this building! The beautiful building, amazing amenities, and super friendly/helpful staff have made this place instantly feel like home. Most importantly, our puppy loves it here!!
Niche 905 is an amazing building, beautiful views, great amenities and outstanding staff and management ! Super dog friendly building, sometimes I think my dog love the building just as much as my husband and I do!
