Always friendly, courteous service, usually beginning before scheduled appointment, never a delay.
Front Desk staff was friendly and very customer-service oriented. Haley was an extremely adept hygienist with a kind enthusiastic personality; she was very in tune with patient care. The dentist listened and provided helpful feedback with several options and was not pushy allowing you to understand options, discuss them and take the time to arrive at a decision. Our family has been using Niceville Family Dental for almost a decade - we had a year break in service when our insurance changed. As soon as insurance was no longer an issue, we immediately came back to Dr. Zapata. We use their in-house dental program for our care - it's fantastic and ultimately more cost effective than commercial insurance. My husband is very impressed with Dr. Harper, and the periodontist that took care of him had nothing but praise for Dr. Harper as well. I feel like we're in competent and caring hands. ... read more
At first I was a little skeptical about having such a young doctor doing major dental work ... but Dr. Jordan was friendly, informative about each step as he fixed my tooth, and best of all, no pain! His assistant, who did quite a bit of the work, was also very good. Very satisfied with the ‘new regime’ at Niceville Family Dental!
I arrived early for my appointment and the staff was amazing to work me in a little earlier than plan. Very patient centered.
