Dentist and hygienist both took time to teach and explain findings.
From arrival to departure service was excellent ! staff has been well selected,trained and very professional .
I guess I’m a little concerned that a tooth that was broken 15 years ago had to be fixed, there was no offering a pre estimate costs which was a little higher than my normal fillings that I’ve had previously in the last 13 years with Dr. Zapata

Office environment was exceptional , and the front desk women were amazing. Haley cleaned my teeth for the 1st time, and I was very pleased with her performance. I felt comfortable with her. Dr. Zapata gave me a thorough examination as always. Can't wait to see the fish in the new tank.
Setup new patient appointment based on recommendation to Dr. Harper. Assumed my DoD Federal dental insurance would work here like at my old dentist - bad assumption. When I called to schedule the appointment the receptionist did ask what kind of insurance coverage I had and I told her. She explained that I could expect some minimum level of copay - on the order of $10 or $20.
