I went in for a soak off and came out with my real nails cut off. I told Lee I wanted a soak off, she told this weird lady to soak them off but instead she started cutting my real nails. I stopped her and asked what was she doing? She said she was cleaning up my nails I will never go back again they are slow and very rude!!!!!
This has happened twice to me. Made an appointment yesterday with Sarah for today at 5:30 when I walk in they tell me Sarah not here. Why do they do this??!!!!!!!
I had a great experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, my service was not rushed, the nail tech (Vee) who is a male put a towel over my legs because I had a skirt on which i thought was a very kind gesture and it made me feel comfortable. I got the baby feet pedicure which was 45 plus 5 extra for the french tip! I will be coming back! Thank you Nice Nails!
Very rude & short staffed. Waited 20+ mins just for them to try to rush me off and tell me to go the original nail salon that did my nails. Surely will. Won’t have to worry about me ever again visiting.
