I went with my friend as a walk in, first nail experience here in Lethbridge, it was alright at first but then the nail techs started to switch out, with a total of three switches each. They immediately cut my friends nails shorter than the length she had wanted without even asking what the length was she originally wanted, and didn’t really give an almond shape to her nail, instead she got an oval/circle shape that was very short and just barely longer than the length of her fingertip. Their customer service is rude and horrible. There was a male named Phillip , I heard his name later. He was doing my nail. I wanted my nail shorter and oval . But he kept it long and half side oval and half is straight. I said him politely that my nail needs to cut shorter and oval , He just got angry , told something in his native language and left it as it was .
