We just had our annual check of the air conditioning system. The technician was very professional and thorough, and Nice has instituted excellent safety precautions: gloves, mask, shoe covers, speaking to us from a distance. He let us know when he was within a half hour of arriving, agreed to enter through our basement door, and we followed his instructions on how to set our thermostat, so he never had to come upstairs. Always a great experience between routine services, upgrading HVAC system, and recently getting the ducts cleaned out. Shout out to technicians : Kyle, Dionte and Darius
I used them for my rental and a tech told my tenant, AGAINST my request to give me all of the information and I will tell her things as I see fit, to change the filter every 3 months!! Then they return 6 months later and say the unit is dirty, despite just being cleaned at the last appointment. Instead of offering a refund, they sent me a gift certificate... for them! Ugh... One more cleaning and never again.
Tech answered all my questions in layman terms unlike other techs that will leave you more confused.

Gas fireplace inspection. Great customer service, explained what they were doing and what the issues were. Showed up during their two hour window with a phone all when they were on their way. Highly recommend.
