Darius did a wonderful job. Had on ppe and made sure he was social distancing himself. He explained everything he was going to do and had done with the unit and offered suggestions.

The customer service was great. The Tech Kyle was professional. The dispatcher told me when he would be coming. Then he called prior to his arrival. Did the diagnostic check of the system. Informed me what was wrong with my unit. Then gave me the option to fix it.
Reliable, highly rated company, excellent professionals (installation and maintenance), courteous staff and managers 🙂
