I came up from Oroville, Ca. a 65 mile drive. I was hoping to have a good experience and find a car at Nicr Auto, Red Bluff, Ca. I found a Nissan Altima and decided it was a car that fit my needs. I would recommend if you can take the time and drive to Nice Auto. Then give them a chance. They are nice people with nice cars.
The service here is awesome. The folks at Nice are very easy to talk to. When you first meet them on the lot it's a nice experience. Not weird and uncomfortable like some places. They make you feel at home. I got a great car for work! If you want good treatment with a family feel come here.
The customer service we received, when we bought my daughters first car was honest, and comfortable. This brought us back for another car shortly after. Great family atmosphere and we'll be back for sure.

I have spoken with Larry twice now. On the second meeting we worked out a great deal on a perfect used van. They are completely fair. I was immediately given the DMV's history and Carfax report. They did not hide anything. When I showed up to pick up my car the Larry pointed out that the air wasn't blowing cold enough. So he took it in to get fixed at no cost to me! This is a awesome local dealership that truly works with their buyers. Make Nice Auto your first stop when looking for a new auto!
