They diagnosed an actuator issue on my heat pump. Initially they said the $150 diagnostic fee would be applied to my repair bill but once I got the repair quote of $1350 and asked to make sure the $150 diagnostic fee would be applied, they then said that was only for same day service. I used Nice and Cool to install 2 split system heat pumps. One never worked properly, sucking up a ridiculous amount of electricity. After numerous visits, they were to order a part. Never did. Now my second heat pump stopped working. The excuse, due to tarriffs, it’s difficult to get parts. Even though there weren’t tarriffs when this nightmare began. After 2 visits from another AC company coming out to tell me my unit needed to be replaced I was referred to Nice and Cool. Eli came out the same day just to tell me the prior company who came out purposely disconnected the one wire that would make my unit fail... 5 seconds after Eli's inspection he reconnected the wire the and the condenser immediately started working. Eli and his team are the best. They have the utmost integrity and care for their work and their customers. They respond quickly and efficiently. They are skilled and knowledgeable of everything HVAC and beyond. I went through 4 different individuals and companies prior to finding Eli and his amazing group. It was a nightmare before Eli saved me. I spent thousands of dollars unnecessarily on the others that all were professionals - they hardly hold a candle to Nice & Cool. Terrible drivers, before going out on the street they should learn how to drive! Wilshire and Glendon, 12:08pm blocking the street. Since they had the audacity to record me, as if they were okay, they should be given a disciplinary sanction. For that reason I didn't recommend this kind of business, if they drive like this, how will they respect your home?
