I lived in a Nicastro Property this past year and had an amazing experience! They were extremely kind and helpful with any situation that came up. There was always clear communication and it is very obvious that they truly care about their tenants. I highly recommend!!!

I just want to thank Nicastro Properties, LLC for a great 2 years. My son recently graduated and has lived in one of the Nicastro properties for the last 2 years with 7 of his friends. The entire process of renting and communicating with everyone in this family business was a wonderful experience. They were always quick to resolve any issues if any that would arise. I would strongly recommend renting with this company and I will make sure to refer anyone I know that is looking for a place to live on campus!
Awesome experience renting from Nicastro. They’re great communicators and really seem to care about their tenants! We’ve had various maintenance issues over the past two years leasing here and they’re very prompt in getting the handyman to our house to work on it!
