I had a fantastic experience from start to finish when I came in for my eye exam and to pick out new glasses. Dr. Fossey was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to clearly explain every test and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how thorough she was. Staff was rude, and very deceiving about coverage. Tried to say only a small portion is only ever covered and nobody else would have glasses for cheaper. They wanted us to pay $200 or more out of pocket for the cheapest glasses they had, i went to another glasses store and it was fully covered, shocker. It was very manipulative and rude the way the lady tried to explain things to us, as if she knew everything and we knew nothing, even when she was wrong. Just a overall bad experience sadly, i wouldn't recommend going here.

I have been bringing my Daughter here since she was about a year old because we noticed she had a lazy left eye, the doctor advised that treatment cannot take place till she’s three so we have been coming to Niagara vision every year since 2023, hoping that when she gets to three we will get a referral or treatment. He eventually gave us a referral to Hamilton Children’s hospital ophthalmology, as she is 3+ now, imagine my annoyance to hear from the ophthalmologist that she should have been here earlier because the best time... read more
