My husband was referred to this store by a walk in clinic in St. Catharines. He had, what seemed like something in his eye that was interfering with his vision. The Dr. At the walk in clinic said she thought it might be something behind the lens and gave him a letter to take with him to Niagara Vision. He went there the following day and was told they couldn't help because he had a full exam in November and therefore unless he wanted to pay for another exam they couldn't help him. Had a wonderful experience here for my own eye test, glasses and contacts. Started bringing my son now and had such a great experience. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. Would not go anywhere else!!
I had a fantastic experience from start to finish when I came in for my eye exam and to pick out new glasses. Dr. Fossey was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to clearly explain every test and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how thorough she was. The staff were just as wonderful. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to really listen and helped me find frames that I absolutely love.
