I will never go back to Dr. Paul. He just gives the vibe that he does not care about my dog. I even saw him kind of grit his teeth and wince stabbing a needle into my dog. It was kind of alarming. I'm sure his knowledge is good but his demeanor is not and he lacks the empathy I'm used to with other vets I've used over the years.
