This vet is incredible, Dr Joe Paul is extremely smart and dedicated seemingly through his entire life towards his work with animals. We brought our kitty in and he was professional and extremely knowledgeable He walked us through everything he was doing and explaining why, backed by research he had done all on his own. Very kind service he got us a prescription and some healthy food for our cat Strongly Recommend this vet.

Relieved I’ve relocated and no longer need to use Dr. Paul. He is quite harsh and condescending. He also would not transfer my dog’s prescription to my new vet even though he had seen my dog within the yearly requirement - even my new vet’s office was shocked at their rejection. Dr. Paul is not kind and it makes it very difficult to trust him with a beloved pet.
We brought out dog in 3 weeks ago. Having breathing issues that escalated. Dr. Paul never seemed concerned and took a couple weeks to do X-rays showing a bad case of fungal infection. He didn’t seem to know what to do. A few days later our baby died at home suddenly. I called to tell them, the receptionist was not very sympathetic and Dr. Paul never called us to offer any condolences. Every time we visited he always had to refer to his books.
