Clean, efficient, fair price even for people off OHIP. Waited maybe 35min total. Doctor v. patient, calm, good listener
Receptionist was too lazy to do her job so Made everyone sign in online, which was so much extra work and time already. That front desk girl left and suddenly people who were coming in after were being given normal sign in sheets. Sat there and watched one by one, people who had just finished signing their slips not even 10 minutes before were going in while I had been sitting there for over a half hour before anyone else even came in. Excellent service received at this Niagara Urgent Care Walk In clinic. All the staff we meet at reception and in the Pharmacy were very friendly and welcoming. The process was explained clearly and although you had to wait your turn the care received was excellent. Dr Agboola was brilliant explaining the diagnosis clearly and outlining red flags. If you are visiting the area and have a need for medical attention this is a great place. Remember you may have to pay for both treatment and prescription before you can be seen.
The walk in doctor has a bad attitude !! Worry way of show that he care !!! I need have a doctor's tells me "" U DON'T LIKE TO U DON'T HAVE TO COME "" . IF U HAVE MORE THEN 1 SITUATION TO YOUR HEALTH I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO GO THERE CUZ HE WOULD DO WHAT MORE THAN ONE SITUATION AT A VISIT LOL !!!
I have been to this clinic twice. Both times were excellent. Dr.Agboola is very knowledgeable. He was very compassionate while dealing with my aging mother. In my opinion he is the kind of Dr. & Human being that Niagara Falls needs. I would recommend him to everyone.
