Very disappointed with the service at this clinic lately. The staff are extremely slow to respond, and communication is very poor. I am currently **pregnant** and have been waiting almost **15 days** for my ultrasound results to be discussed with the doctor. The clinic received my results already, and I have been told three separate times that the doctor would call me, but I am still waiting with no call or update. One of the worst Clinics we have been to by far. Our one year old son was quite sick, so we decided to go to this clinic for help. The front desk staff were good but they appear busy most of the time. However, our issues are with the female doctor, whom we had seen for consultation during our visit. Firstly, she appeared unfriendly and was very rude. Secondly, she started getting annoyed when we asked questions for clarifications. Had to wait for an hour even after making an appointment and with only 2 patients that I saw there, just to be advised by the doc to go and see my family Dr who is away for the week. I would have greatly appreciated if Dr.Ajayi had listened to my concern in the first place. Front desk staff are nice and the whole place is clean.
The other reviews about Dr. Ajayi are correct. One of the worst doctors I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. Condescending and unempathetic do not seem like strong enough words. Not only is she unclear and non-committal in any diagnosis (literally saying the words "I don't know" more times than I can count), she gaslit me when I asked clarifying questions by saying she had already very clearly gave me the answers. Dr. Ajayi was our family physician. I’m a teenage girl, and from the beginning of our interactions, I experienced what I perceived as a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude during appointments. On one occasion, I was trying to translate for my brother because he has limited English proficiency. The doctor interrupted and insisted that he answer questions on his own.
