I haven't had the pleasure of a full service yet, but I’ve been so impressed by my interactions with Rob and his team, so far. Their team is incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to deal with. I’ve seen the 'before and afters' of their work at a friend’s place, and the attention to detail is next-level. If their cleaning is half as good as their customer service, you’re in great hands!
At first glance with cleaners for walk through before they left, everything looked fine. The counters sparkled and my house smelt amazing. A day later I noticed that they didn’t do what they said they would… clean baseboards, walls etc. I’m not impressed with the price after how much “time” 3 cleaners spent in my home.
Rob and his team at Niagara Regional Cleaning provided a post-renovation clean for us and did an awesome job. The cleaning was detailed and thorough, the team was very accommodating, and communication was excellent from start to finish. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. We will absolutely use them again and highly recommend their services.
