Always willing to listen and understanding
I am very disappointed with the way this office handles scheduling. After my August 28th appointment with Alyssa Murphy, I was told someone would call to schedule my follow-up. No one ever called, despite multiple messages left at the Niagara Falls location. Out of frustration, I scheduled online myself. I mistakenly booked an in-person appointment for October 2nd at 4:00 p.m., then immediately corrected it with a virtual appointment at 4:30 p.m. A staff member assured me it would be fixed. This was honestly one of the best medical appointments I have ever had. The office staff were very friendly , the office was spacious and clean and I felt truly cared about by my medical provider. She was fantastic!!!!
