This company handled my sons headstone very well from the first meeting to final installation. We requested an intricate design my son had drawn be put on the stone and it was done beautifully! Everyone we contacted in the office was very professional.
Horrible experience and a horrible man! My son has a headstone that I hate and it breaks my heart. Once he got our money, he couldn't have cared less about our feelings.
Niagara Monuments chipped my dads stone claiming there was snow around his grave when there was none. Then they butchered the female doe carving it looks anerexic and they took 18 months to get the stone on the grave. They then took the stone back to fix the chip and the color doesn't match at all. This is a horrible way to honor 20 year veteran who served in two wars. The man we dealt with is not very nice either. Years ago they carved the wrong flowers on my brothers headstone.
