This is my second review for this this dealership for my experience with the service department. The first on was when the service manager gave me a 5% discount an materials and labour when I showed him a letter sent to me with his name on it stating a 10% discount for the same service. The dealership manager gave me a free oilchange for my frustration and asked for my support in the future in which i did return.
