Absolutely terrible wouldn't go back there if my life depended on it whole staff is terrible they yell at you for coming in for a blood transfusion very rude
My daughter went to the emergency room for a bad tooth ache and infection and was treated like complete crap by doctor and nurse. Would not recommend going here. Go to St.Marys instead.
The worst experience I have had at a hospital. For the love of God if you can go somewhere else do it!!! My daughter was being seen. I requested Lab results.The night ER provider comes in was instantly hostile, did not introduced himself, extremely aggressive and when asking for results he stated they had the results. The whole 8 hr shift this provider never came in to let me know. The staff was unpleasant, unprofessional, loud and obnoxious did not introduced themselves. Came in the room eating a bag of chips!!! Very kind and thorough ER. Very professional yet caring treatment from all staff. Have always been treated well while here.
The process was quick. I was in and out in an hour. Unfortunately the facilities inside the ER are very old and money should be put into a major update but no issues with staff.
