Very kind and thorough ER. Very professional yet caring treatment from all staff. Have always been treated well while here.
The process was quick. I was in and out in an hour. Unfortunately the facilities inside the ER are very old and money should be put into a major update but no issues with staff.
I definitely don't recommend this hospital. I arrived at the hospital at 7 am. With asthma and abdominal pain. I was attended by a nurse to take my vitals. It's 1pm. The doctor hasn't come to see me yet
Today I am going to share a very bad experience. My mother had an appointment at 8:30, and due to the snowstorm we called beforehand to make sure whether we should come or not. However, the receptionist’s behavior was so rude that it cannot be expressed in words. She hung up the phone on me, and when I called again, she behaved badly in the same way.
