If their office was like this I can only imagine what their houses are like. My husband and I are waiting for our morning appointment in the waiting room and a woman walks in she pulls the chair that was in front of a desk out getting ready to sit in it and she says "Oh excuse me I didn't realize somebody was sitting here" she was talking to a roach!
