The good part is that the service was free, it was very clean, however i was not given what I wanted. I came in to have one nail fixed. I had made an appointment, but when I came in she had to do a pedicure after prepping my nails. She obviously didn’t look at my other nail for reference very well because she was doing it the wrong way. Then she didn’t want to redo it to save time. I’ve been coming to this salon for almost two years now, and they’ve exceeded my expectations every single time. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and truly skilled at what they do. My nails always turn out perfect, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. It’s clear they care about quality and customer satisfaction—I always leave feeling pampered and happy!
Been going here for four years and have been happy with past experiences! Took my granddaughter for her first time. The staff is very nice. But we were rushed. Within 24 hours my granddaughters finger nails have lost the polish just by washing her hands. My toes were cut on a slant and the polish is coming off too! My toes usually last for months! I don’t understand why we were rushed! There was no other customers! Very disappointed! Not sure if I will return! Looks like they are using cheap regular polish now! Sue
Mani/pedi worst ever! Do my toes and hands match? Plus look at the polish job on my feet! This job took an hour and 40 minutes!
Nice enough but they keep you sitting around waiting ! And the job is ok but nothing special !
