Horrible attitude. Rude. Unknowledgeable.
I took my car in for an inspection and was told that I needed tires and lower ball joints to pass. After a brief, but somewhat heated, interaction with my son, who had to go back and get the correct change because they shortchanged him by $20, I took the vehicle to another mechanic for a second opinion and asked them to give an estimate of what lower ball joints would cost to install. They said $800 for the ball joints and alignment, but they also said they weren't needed--they were perfectly fine. So, had I gone with Niagar... read more
5 stars doesn't come close to the amount of stars they deserve. Abdul was such a pleasure to deal with. Took care of me immediately, and the cost was very impressive. I can't believe how clean it is in there for being an automotive repair shop. I am so grateful to have found this little gem. Small business is definitely the way to go. If you're looking to be well cared for, cost-effective, in a well-respected environment, Niagara Auto Repair is the place to go.
