mgmt comp will over charge you, keep your money for the month and say that fine because we gave you a credit. They're holding on to the money from everyone in my apt building they overcharged saying that it's a human mistake but refuse to refund the money so that it can be in MY bank account instead of theirs. They will then tell you that it's your responsibility to fix it when it's time to pay the next month even tho my auto pay was set to the balance due on the account ledger. This is my second review but this time it's is for AJ the maintance man he is very thorough and informative he always follow up with us about work orders what me and my family love about him is he communicate and that's important, he is very nice and kind if it was up to me I would only request AJ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I hope he get's recognition he deserve because good workers are hard to find and under appreciated😊
