Agent was so nice and friendly, basically guaranteed the place. Then denied me immediately after I left the building and still cashed my check for the application fees. It felt like a whole scam and a setup to get money off me.

Horrible horrible company that does NOT support small businesses. Will not allow 2-3 female business owners to park in their parking lot of 200 spaces that only 10 are used on any given day. Very rude people working there and very threatening. I would never ever use any property they are managing.

Have not had a personal experience with this company but on the business aspect, I will never recommend them to anyone. They won't let fellow small business owners park in their huge parking lot that is only 1/4 full on any given day. We are only talking about 3 women owned businesses. They threatened to have our vehicles towed. So I guess if we walk to our car at dark in the public parking lot 1/2 block away, and something happens to us, I hope they feel bad. But they probably won't, they only care about the money, not us b... read more
