What can I say? My hubby went in Wednesday for a total knee and stayed until Saturday. Virtually every staff member from the moment we walked in until we drove away today were just beyond my expectations. Some of the most caring interested individuals we had ever met! They went out of their way to be helpful and were determined to do whatever necessary to bring my hubby relief from the pain he experienced. I had my left knee replaced this past May 23rd. Great staff.
I came in after a motor cycle accident, wasn't seen for five hours. Also I was treated like some kind of junkie when I asked for pain meds do to my appearance. There was also no one in the lobby while I was waiting. The nurses here seemed to be more concerned with Facebook than actually helping the people. Also when I said I didn't want iv pain medication while I was there so the could charge me 200 hundred bucks extra for liquid Motrin I was appalled. I would like to thank Terry and all the staff that assisted in my preparation for my surgery to my left shoulder. Everyone was so nice and caring.
I had both shoulders replaced by Dr. Moore surgeries went well the staff was awesome. Whenever I needed assistance they were right there to help. Very compassionate and helpful staff.
Check-in staff were excellent. & so was our Ultrasound Technitian. She was really great with my little boy.
Everyone there are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. That take their jobs to heart and treat you with the most loving care.
