RecommendedI had hip replacement surgery today. Dr. Hannum and his clinical team are superb: professional, friendly, communicative, and efficient. I had my own private room on the 3rd floor to relax and recover. I was checked on very often and clued into who’s doing what, etc. I was able to choose from a huge menu for lunch and chose: crab cakes w a yummy sauce, with 3 sides, a dessert, and 2 drinks. The staff is seriously amazing. Eva, Donna, Mason, and Aaron were my recovery nursing staff and they were so attentive, kind, knowledgable and focused on me and my recovery.
Had double knee replacement here several years ago. Great patient care.

NHRMC Ortho really does an excellent job from start to finish. Scheduling, billing, and the actual surgery process was low stress and pleasant. The staff members were all friendly, courteous, and didn't hesitate to include a little bit of humor to keep things positive along the way.
