Great place to go to had a total left knee replaced 3/28/17 going back to get my right knee replaced 1/8/18.Left knee is doing great nice staff at hospital took real good care of me. Hope my right knee does also. Bowling Orthopedics did my surgery they are great also.
From the moment we walked in for an outpatient procedure, my husband received excellent care. The registration staff were cheerful (at 5:30 am) and so pleasant! The pre-op nurses were great and had a sense of humor which helped calm my nerves. There were smiling faces from the volunteers throughout the morning who kept me informed and supported. Lastly, the recovery staff were thorough and thoughtful. Thanks to everyone who had a part in our experience today. �
Cape Fear hospital was a surprise how smooth it functioned. We had been at the NHMC on 17th St previously and Dad needed to be admitted on that occasion but he had to sit in a holding type room for 2 days before he got moved to the main hospital. The NHRMC Orthopedic hospital was attentitive and the personnel was fast to provide care. This time he was not left in a holding room for days. He was able to come back home in a few hours
Everytime I go there the staff is great 100% caring and really explains things out to you. There over all service is the best.
Hopefully on the road to recovery and A day without pain
I had a very nice experience.. as nice to be expected from a surgery... everyone was very professional and reassuring
