They hire people who are uneducated and very racist and discriminatory!! Their employees proudly troll social media with their ignorance and based off of certain comments I saw by an employee, I would never trust any of their employees with my dog.
They talked me into using their home health services for my elderly mother. Considering the 1 star rating and bad review, I went against my gut feeling and gave them a shot. Nobody showed during moms transition from rehab, had to call to get someone over. A nurse showed up, mom said she was nice, 5 days later have not heard from anyone at NHC. Im having to take off work to cook breakfast, give meds, assist with baths etc. Where in the heck is the help we are paying for? Needless to say, this place will not cut it for us.
NHC HOMECARE provided excellent care for my mother-in-law! The physical therapy, occupational therapy, and nursing care was top notch! I highly recommend these loving and skilled caregivers. Thank you NHC HOMECARE returning our loved one to her life!
