It seems like the equipments have not been sterilized in between patients and looks outdated. Seems like the optometrist runs the whole show there. Other than that, the optometrist got the job done. Customer service needs improvement as well.

Dr. Nguyen saved my vision! I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for years and really like her service. About five years ago, I went to see her because my vision was suddenly blurry. She looked in my eye and immediately made an urgent referral to an opthomologist (who made another referral to a retinologist). I had a branch retinal vein occulsion (a little stroke in my eye vessel). I had to have monthly shots in my eye for a year, then quarterly for a year, then semi-annual and then annual.
