** NOT SPECIAL NEEDS FRIENDLY** Took my special needs daughter here at 7:24pm. I even confirmed with receptionist that it was not too late to been seen, because they close at 8pm. She assured me it was fine. My daughter is 5 and had a suspected UTI. By the time we got to the restroom after doing vitals and patient history, they gave my daughter 5 mins to leave a urine sample before they knocked and said that they were closing and we needed to go to CHOA. It’s sad you can’t be seen by a doctor around here anymore with out having a pocket full of money. The little girl at the front desk had every excuse in the book for me not to be seen. I’m having chest pain and congestion but didn’t want to go to the er for an expensive bill. Put your patients first over money. Such a joke
This office is just so nasty. Sat there for 30 mins and saw NOT one person clean a door handle or a chair I sat there on a busy day people coughing all around us. We only went there for a fall on my sons eye, and every patient (sick or not) touching handles and not one person came and cleaned it. My son’s pediatrician is better than that and this is supposed to be like a mini hospital. Disgusting, won’t ever be coming back.
Online appointment means diddly squat.. you book online but still check in when you arrive to get ON THE WAITLIST.. When kids are sick and you have to handle their don’t care attitude..
We have been several times now, and each time has been a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
