I had a wonderful experience with this group. The reception was friendly and accomodating. In addition, the PA Madison Bazemore was exceptional! She was friendly, responsive, and very informative about my injury. I am confident that Madison cared about my condition and reviewed my prognosis with my well being in mind. Madison delivered a road map for my recovery while thoughtfully answering every question I presented. I am very thankful for Madison's kindness, knowledge, and professionalism.
I love my physician but waiting 52 minutes past your appointment time is not cool. If I don't show, I'm charged a fee, yet we wait and wait with no compensation. I understand getting backed up, but an hour past my appt time is too much. I drove an hour and 10 mins just to be seen here. Hope next visit is better. The staff is always friendly which is appreciated.
