I have been a patient with NGPG for over five years, and I have seen at least 5 different providers for different occasions. Most of my experience is positive with them, and I am surprised to see such a low rating on Google. This is my overall experience: The staff are friendly, the facility is clean, and the wait is short. They have the imaging center in the same building as the physicians, and they have added on a few providers over the years to meet the increasing need of the area. My neurologist, Meghan Poole, and my Primary Care, Dr Trey Gunner, are wonderful. The one star rating is for the Dawsonville Pain Mgmt and Dr. Rowan as well as the NGPG Pain mgmt in general. My office visit with Dr. Rowan was a waste of my time and his and he wasn’t interested in helping me with my neck pain/migraines when that is one of the services they do offer. And now, I would like to see a provider in Gainesville to address possible hip injections for pain and am told that I cannot see another provider since I saw Dr R... read more
