I asked for "pointy" nails but got "ballerina" shape. When I said something about it, I was told that pointy won't suit me, so she did what she thought would look better. There's a spot on my thumb that is missing paint and when I commented on it, I was told that it's MY fault and that I probably banged my nail while putting it in the dryer, but no attempt was made to fix it. Went here yesterday and received amazing service, first time in a long time I got a short acrylic set without anyone trying to convince me to go longer, shaped perfectly and the prices are amazing!
