One word, HORRIBLE! 1.) Representatives are dumbfounded. We refinanced our first NFM loan with NFM again and this has since confused them every time I call. 2.) Automatic payments. We were in the process of closing this loan, and I called to take off the automatic payments. The rep told me ok I took you off. Well she failed to mention that she only took me off for one month! The house took awhile to sell and I was surprised to see my payments automatically deducted after I thought I stopped it. When I called got the usual NF... read more

AndyB and Team are the most incompetent, dishonest, unresponsive and untruthful. The first time i received cd i had numerous objections. Conner said i had to sign off or it would delay closing. I refused to sign off until i spoke with Andy. He agreed to make corrections but i should sign doc only to acknowledge receipt and he would send corrected version. Never received corrected version! I was driving to Chicago for closing within 2 days. Kept asking Andy for corrected cd. He kept saying he emailed and having IT problems on... read more

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Tina and Lisa on buying and building our brand new very first home! They were very sweet and patience with us(as of course we had tons of questions) and did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and explained every small detail through the process ! We can't thank them enough for changing our lives they are AMAZING!!!

I can't scream loud enough... Run like a bear is chasing you!!! We delt with Stephen L***** from the London/Columbus area... He was very adamant about wanting our cc number for the appraisal on a Thursday, saying the appraisal couldn't be done without payment first... We called the office Friday afternoon to make payment... Form after form came with typos... By the time everything was corrected it was to late to run the card at the office(it was pushing 6pm)... Git approved. Had a closing date. Gave the $5000 to the seller for good faith holding. Git Smith from Joe to some chick named Tara and all heck broke loose. The closing date was changed a few times. Had our mail forwarded to the house Had stuff fixed in the house. Family gave us thousands in housewarming gifts, We were ready! Then we were told we couldn't get the house. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use this lending company. Horrible customer service Horrible experience Horrible just Horrible. No professionalism whatsoever.

I'm a realtor and I have worked with Anna F*******/NFM Lending that has provided excellent service and has an excellent system in place. I continuously refer her to other realtors and my clients.

I have an NFM loan. All I want to do is set up estatements. Nothing complicated. They want me to set up a new account using a new email address, which I don't have, to set up estatements. Very very very not helpful. It does not make one bit of sense why this is so complicated. I talked to supervisors who were also not helpful and not nice.
