My friend rents at the Alta Apartments in Colorado Springs CO. Address 2886 S.Circle Dr. Please Google this place and check out the reviews for her and I. This is what the property management is doing now to long time residents who have done nothing wrong. Basically my friend went into the office to pick up a new parking sticker for her car.
