Absolutely awful experience! Still haven't received my deposit and now the property manager is ignoring phone calls, after ignoring a mold infestation for a month! Glad these people love stealing from the hard working to give to the rich!
Renting a property under Nexus in Houston “Teak Living” since March. Its basically just a construction site with under prepared rooms that make the experience unfavorable - (yellow water, power shutdowns, no proper ventilation, no a/c with sealed windows, no camera system for floors) On location contractors & management are doing the best they can but, Nexus and their “Resident First Focus” have only given false promises (“renovated rooms by May 2023”) that have left us restless (literally). can’t imagine how those who have ... read more
Worst experience I have ever had. They are negligent and dishonest. I live at their Teak property in Houston and have been subjected to 84+ degree temps in my apartment with no window for 24 hours. This violates Texas habitability law and I will be filing a claim.
Living at the Teak community in Houston. Most tenants including myself are in temporary units and every month are promised renovated units. I moved in March it is now June and still in just a room with a bathroom. No kitchen. Not allowed to have full size appliances. Have experienced no hot water for almost two days before.
