RecommendedChad Ayron and his team are awesome. 7 locations to serve all of San Diego. They are leading the way towards the next generation in rehabilitation and fitness. For those who are athletes, or need to get in top top shape or recovering from surgery and want to rehab but also take it to next level or not you need to come here! They have more gym equipment than 24hr fitness! Working out my entire life I am doing new exercises that I’ve never heard, tried or seen before.

Name is Julie G. Aaron&Chad...everyone just wonderful Really friendly been @ the Sports Arena location for a while now& I love it; staffs friendly&helpful. Best/only PT I've had have and still going to them. The exercises are helping more&more,can feel myself getting stonger everytime and that means the world to me because Im work @ the SanDiego Unified School District in the cafeterias;everything just helps me.
