Would give 0 stars if I could. Very underhanded dealings. Especially Zach. Watch very carefully what he’s telling you and having you sign. Especially if he seems like he’s just trying to help you out. I’ve never been so devastated over a transaction in my life. He took every cent of the profit from the sale of our house. Do not trust what is being said to you. I’ve also filed with the BBB. Please be careful. I have also been in touch with a news station about this business
