Disgraceful Dr, lied to my mum about procedure, gave her a huge cut and shaved her hair, not disclosed prior, then refused to follow up and told her to go to her GP and remove the bandaged there. Her GP is off for 2 weeks. Did not manage her medication and gave her conflicting dosages.
My mum was recently treated for glaucoma. Dr Eric Chai and his staffs at Nexus Eye Care provided exceptionally high quality service. I have noted Dr Eric Chai to be very kind, professional and above all excellent with the work he does. I can’t thank them enough👍👌.
