I do not know what these one star reviews are talking about but speaking from my experience everything went great. I am hispanic and I was treated by John who is an incredible person and mindful of you. He made sure we understood everything and explained everything for us. The paperwork I had to fill out when I had questions he answered all of my questions that I had. John also saved me 3,000$ from taxes he is a very great guy who is also very professional in his work.
John was very rude, unprofessional and defensive when we questioned things. Please Avoid this company . I will report him to The Department of Financial Protection and Innovation .
