We used Marnie's services in 2011 when I received a job transfer from Santa Rosa to Bakersfield. She might as well have been working for the BUYER, not the seller! Our beautiful home was located in Fountaingrove a block from Fountaingrove Pkwy. It is not a noisy area but one of the first things she mentioned when we met her was "Oh, you are on a busy street" and buyers won't like that. Ridiculous! I had a very positive experience with Marnie. She is a good listener, and I found her to be intelligent, practical and respectful. Marnie has a good work ethic. She was always there when I needed her but was not intrusive. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Santa Rosa area.
