Marnie and Teri were great to deal with on the sale of our home. We certainly ran into some hurdles along the way due to the complexity of the transaction but they were there through each step of to handle anything that came up. They were knowledgeable, reliable, communicative and true professionals. Living out of the area could have been problematic but that was never an issue. They were a great team to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

Carmen is incredible. She is incredibly patient throughout your whole process and explains step by step what’s happening which is great for first time home buyers who have no idea what’s going on (like us!). She is very thorough when inspecting each home and makes sure you are aware of everything. She is sweet and easy to talk to, and makes sure you feel comfortable during this whole process. Thank you Carmen! We highly recommend her!

Our transactions proved to be challenging with contingency’s, and participants spread across the country. Teri and Marnie did a great job selling our house and closing on our new one on the same day.

Jerry and Jina Marie were a wonderful team to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home. Being a first time home buyer, I felt very relaxed and comfortable in the hands of their warm expertise. They were very responsive to our calls and questions, were highly available to show homes, negotiated on our behalf skillfully, and really celebrated with us when the house became ours. Carmen was our agent when we bought our home in Santa Rosa and again when we sold it. She helped us navigate six offers within a week of putting our house on the market, and we sold for well above our asking price.
