Jerry and Jina are masterful in the real estate market. From staging to the open house the process was terrific. We had an over asking offer for our home in about five hours after it hit the market and it was because of their hard work/expertise. The paperwork aspect of the transaction was perfect. Always on time and always accurate. I will 100% use them again.

Jerry and Jina were fantastic. They helped us find our forever home and made the process seamless. They explained each step and helped us through our questions. I don’t know if I ever left them a voicemail because they always picked up!!! They had a very firm grasp of the real estate market to help us make a firm, but in our favor offer. 10 out of 10 would use them again.

I would give more stars if I could. Lisa is so on top of her game. She made our purchase process seamless and on top of it all, she is a delightful person to spend time with. She will be selling our current home soon and we are looking forward to working with her again.

Jerry and Jina were extremely attentive and knew exactly what was going on in the market week by week. There was never a gap in communication and we always felt like we knew what the plan was. Most importantly, we always knew what was happening with our home sale process. Thanks to Lisa, we had a great home sale experience even though our family was flung all over the country, several time zones away. She answered questions thoroughly and with a great deal of local expertise. She was friendly and personable, and she returned calls and emails so promptly that sometimes I wondered if the poor woman ever sleeps! Seriously, Lisa is an incredibly diligent worker and really put her all into making sure we got exactly the offer we wanted. I would recommend her without hesitation.
