Alex has been a joy to work with. He knows his stuff, is conscientious about following through on any and all of his responsibilities and his knowledge of the market kept us from over/under pricing our home. He did a market analysis prior to our listing. We had an offer within $500 of his predicted market value within a week of listing. We worked with Alex Krumm to find a home in Bradenton, FL. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and always very professional.
