I as unsure at first to list my house, as this was a very big move for me in 17 years. Oh, how to write it all in a review?! We were put in the position to have to sell an aging relative's home from 500+ miles away. Alex came highly recommended by a friend, and he was the only call we needed to make. His responsiveness was mind bogglings, his knowledge, thorough, and he sold the home FAST and for a very fair price. He went above and beyond because of our long distance, and made what could be a grueling process, seamless.
Scott was extremely prompt and responsive during the entire home buying process with my wife and I. He and Alex are very knowledgeable and constantly gave us great advice and warnings about what to pay attention to. I was selling one home and utilizing the settlement proceeds to purchase another. Timing was everything! Alex explained the process so I knew what to expect from the very beginning. He also has numerous contacts in the area which made the pre-listing and post inspection repairs easy to manage. Alex is very hands on and was involved in every aspect of the process. He truly helped to make this experience stressfree, or at least as stressfree as juggling multiple real estate contracts is going to get.
Alex was a wonderful Realtor. I had the best experience working with him. He took care of every single detail leaving me with absolutely nothing to worry about. I lived a thousand miles away and had no idea how to sell my condo worry free and Alex delivered. Absolutely the best Realtor you can work with for a superior and worry free service.
Alex and his team took their time to meet with us months in advance of when we were actually ready to sell. They made recommendations of things to do that would assist in the sale. They also provided advice on how to properly stage our home. We used Jennifer because my parents recommended her - they also used her for purchasing 2 houses near the Venice, FL area. She helped us find our first home in Venice, FL, which was a fairly smooth experience (we were novices when it came to buying houses at that time, especially in Florida). After the contract had been signed and everything had been agreed on, she became very difficult to get a hold of.
