It may sound like a cliche, but Nextgen really does do quality work at a great price. The nearest competitor didn't even come close to NextGen's price. Nextgen seems to just want to get the job done without charging an outrageous price. Rare to get good customer service these days!
Great work, very professional.
Terrible. $1500 later and the floors looked worse than before. He took a layer off the flooring off, leaving it stripped bare and creating more pores than before. He should have never taken the job (a high grit polishing was needed and apparently he doesn't do that for this type of flooring). Had the job rectified by someone he recommended and they even mentioned he was crazy for polishing at such a low grit. Simply put he took a job for the money knowing damn well that it wouldn't help. No idea where all these good reviews ... read more
