NextGen Restoration & Construction did a fantastic job handling water damage to our floor. They remediated the damage and installed new LVP flooring that looks incredible. Their team was professional, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Truly a stress-free experience — I highly recommend them!
NextGen was great to work with. Matt was very polite, knowledgeable, professional, and worked with us every step of the way with our insurance company. We had know idea that this project was so quickly finished.
This was undoubtedly one of the best and easiest companies I have ever worked with. Dallas, their sales rep, was the young man who I mainly dealt with and he was persistent with my insurance company who very often won't approve roof replacement. He even filed an appeal with them when they initially only approved 79% of my roof replacement. He won that appeal and I am extremely thankful for him doing that. We had a toilet leak that caused extensive water damage on the ground floor of our 5 year old home and called NexGen. They came very quickly and put blowers and humidifiers in place to dry everything out as they also began the planning process to replace our flooring, repair drywall, and paint.
