NextGen Restoration and Construction recently did the roof on my shed. I was blown away by the level of customer service. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. The product I purchased exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and value. They were on time, cleaned up and were very professional. I highly recommend NexGen Restoration and Construction and will definitely be using them again in the future.
The NextGen team is top notch. Had them come in for replacement of a 40 year old roof and went from initial phone call to job complete in less than a month (with the on-site portion lasting only a day). The customer service and quality of work are fantastic, and the price is hard to beat - would easily recommend the team to anyone.
I have known Matt & Thomas for over a decade now and I would like to reference their character traits and roof knowledge as being one of a kind, trust worthy, selfless caring and dependable. I cannot say that they will ever have the pleasure nor I the honor of them ever doing a roof for me , for I own my own company. But you would be in the best of hands working with these stand up guys and I am proud to know that there are roofers like them taking care of the Carolina’s roofing systems with me.
