I usually hate going to places like this because the staff and providers are rude or don’t seem to want to help, just tell you what you want to hear and get you out the door, and the wait is ridiculously long! NOT HERE! The receptionist was so polite and patient. I believe she really enjoys her job. The Assistant and the Provider actually read the form I filled out for my son and asked follow up questions. Went in for sports physical and receptionist was terrible and super slow, receptionist told me to go online and fill out long forms and still had to fill out paper forms, waited for over 2 hours , will not be returning.

Unhappy!!! My son fell and needed an xray of his foot. Unfortunately due to NextCare policy nobody could tell me before seeing the provider that they didn't have xray services tonight or tomorrow. I had to be referred to an imaging center for xray tomorrow and rerurn to urgent care to discuss the report and treatment. The staff, nurse and provider were all great. NextCare as a company is the worst. This is not my first bad experience but first time reviewing. Patients deserve better!
