I was responsible and made an appt. I needed to be tested out for Covid 19, to show i was over it. they wouldn't let me in the facility. its 110 outside, car overheated and it has been 2 hours since my appt. still sitting in the parking lot while walk-ins come and go. I called the receptionist after an hour telling her how hot it is out here and i was told "they'll get to you as soon as they can". I will never go there again and would recommend against anyone else going.

I had a Covid test on 6-16 after I had waited 3 hours in my car. The test was sent to Premier Labs LLC and as of 7-3 still no results. I finally cancelled the test as it didn’t matter at that point since quarantine was over. My friends, who were also exposed, went to CVS and had results within days. I placed many calls to this location, the supervisor of the facility and the lab. After the test sits there for weeks shouldn’t it be negative anyways since the incubation period is 14 days??? I've been to NextCare at William Cannon three times in the past few years and each time they have provided excellent care. The staff and medical professionals are courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. I highly recommend them for issues when you can't get in to see your PCP and it is not an emergency.

Worst service at an urgent care ever. Made an APPOINTMENT for my family for covid testing at 11:40. It is now 1 pm and no update as to when we will be seen. The receptionist was rude to my husband and told him just because you make an appointment doesn’t mean you will be seen at that time. Tried to get a COVID test here but can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I was looking in the window while I called and they just stared at me.
My father had to have some tests done for work. He had his testing done on the 17th of June. We were told we would have the results within 7 to 10 days. Here we are way past the 7 to 10 days and still have no results. He has put in multiple calls to the place next care gave him to call only for them to say that they don't have any results for him. My husband and I went for COVID testing. The sign says to call the number for COVID to get help, no one is answering the phone! We called 4 times. There is only 1 receptionist. Do not recommend.
