Receptionist extremely pleasant to deal with, doesn't act as if you're bothering her if you have a question the medical staff was good to. Main complaint is the heat was on and it was extremely uncomfortable in the waiting room also causing more spread of germs. Someone needs to really regulate that according to the outside temperature
Good experience all around. There was a long wait time, but only because there were a lot of people in the waiting room when I got there, so no complaints. Doc was experienced, knowledgeable, friendly. I went in for stitches in my ring finger. Had to take my wedding ring off. I accidentally left and forgot it (wife would have killed me!) I called back to urgent care, the receptionist went back there and found my ring, washed it off and had it in an envelope for me when I went back to pick it up. Very nice people.
Ashley, the receptionist, was very nice and efficient. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I'll definitely go back.
Always a reasonable time in and out and receive excelsior care from the nurses and providers. I love this place. Next to my own personal doctor.... this is my. Second choice when they are closed.
Great service each time I had to go there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctors do a great job helping you feel better. Love it there.
I was there for 1 hour with only 2 people ahead of me and 1 was just a drug test. I was not seen by MD and they was very slow
Nothing but problems. Doctor couldn't figure out how to take a blood sample. Then gave up and said it wasnt necessary. Referred us to get a CT scan but didn't call it in so insurance wouldn't cover it. Called Nextcare to get them to call it in and was told not their responsibility.
