I scheduled an appointment in cottonwood because the DOT doctor was there and admissions scheduled me in Sedona causing me to sit in cottonwood clinic for an hour before being seen
I was able to make an appt, so there was only a brief wait. The PA, Ms. Rowe, was thorough and knowledgeable, professional but personable as well.
With their online booking system, I was able to make an appointment for the next day and even pre fill out the paperwork so coming in was a breeze. The receptionist was super kind and had good energy. My appointment was at 2, and I showed up 15 min early as requested and was out of there by 3.(And part of that wait was to see if my strep test was positive or not) I was fully expecting to sit there ALL afternoon, and had low hopes to even get proper help at all.
